1. REFUNDS
We try to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, different computer screens may display colors differently; we cannot guarantee that your screen will display every color accurately.
All products are certified for high quality and undergo thorough inspection before shipping.

Please send us all items you wish to return in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure adequate protection during transit. Shoe boxes must also be adequately protected because they are considered part of the entire product, and your return will not be accepted if the boxes are damaged.

3. GET A REFUND
We will make every effort to process a prompt refund. The warehouse receives the returned products and immediately checks that the return requirements are met. Once this process is completed, your refund will be authorized and processed within 30 days.

A. Payments by credit or debit card: In this case, refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time for these types of requests. The credit card value date coincides with the original payment date, so no interest or penalty will be applied to the final refund.
B. Cash on delivery (if available): You will be refunded the amount paid for the products you wish to return to the account you indicated.
